3 Account Security & Responsibility

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees

7 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of these activities — whether individually or in coordination with others — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential referral to the relevant authorities:

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated account at any time. You may close your account by contacting chealsea88 customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses not meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

chealsea88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account and void associated bets and bonuses, without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the platform.

12 Amendments to Terms

13 Governing Law & Disputes

You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against chealsea88 must be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
